My Laptop Went The Way Of RG3's Career But I'm Back With A New Oreo Blog!

     So I recently needed to get a new laptop which stopped me from blogging for a few weeks.  I'm back now and just in time- there's a new Oreo product on the shelves!

     Thanks to my buddy Chris for the tipoff.  If I'm not mistaken (and I never am) these aren't that different from the Oreo bar already on shelves.  You can read about that one here.

     Key differences from the Big Bar and Candy Bar- virtually none.  The Big Bar had a giant sheet of Oreo cookie whereas this Candy Bar has Oreo bits.  They literally just smashed up some cookie pieces and called it a new product.  I think the creme filling might be different too, but without both in front of me I can't confirm that.  I recall the Big Bar's creme not being the standard Oreo creme.  The Candy Bar had regular Oreo creme.  I was not impressed.

     Oreo shot themselves in the foot here.  No one actually eats Oreos because they're delicious.  Let's not kid ourselves.  Shame eating, self loathing, and kids who don't know better and the biggest reasons they fly off the shelves the way they do.  Mass-produced chocolate-colored disks are not top quality cookies.  However, Milka is extremely good milk chocolate.  This leaves us the same confusing mismatch of taste from the Big Bar.  Milka overpowers the Oreo, making it relatively tasteless.  I bestow this bar the same score as its brother, 7/10.
