Gluten Free Brownies Are Also Moisture Free

     I bought a David's Brownie during a recent snack expedition.  Yes I'm aware it's gluten free.  If I may quote JFK:
"We choose to go to the moon. We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one which we intend to win, and the others, too."
What do you think he meant when he said "other things"?  He meant eating gluten free snacks.

     Don't let those chocolate chips fool you.  They were the only redeeming part of this brownie.  And they're goddamn chocolate chips.  When was the last time you had anything and though "Oh wow these chocolate chips were what really tied the whole together!"?  Never, that's when.
     This brownie was dry as a bone.  First bite, immediately crumbles.  It's a brownie.  How does that happen?  Oh right, they took out all the wet ingredients and replaced them with dirt.  Brilliant marketing move right there.
     Let it not be said I am unfair though:  For a square pieces of crumbs it wasn't bad.  If they maybe tried using more oil in the brownie to moisten it, it would be decent.  But I can't be losing more in crumbs than I'm biting off.  4/10.
