In case you haven't noticed, or if you don't live near me, it's hot as muy caliente (that's Spanish for balls). What's the best way to cool your body off? Cryotherapy. Unfortunately, I don't have access to that so I had to settle for ice cream.
With rugby starting up again, that's a good excuse for me to make weekly trips to QuickChek again. I could go for a brownie (I did anyway), but something frozen sounded pretty good in this weather.
Look at how thick that baby is! That's bigger my impression of my blog's popularity. I've said it before and I'll say it now, size it always a plus in the snack world. This one is huge. The ice cream isn't anything spectacular but it definitely hits the spot. It's a very satisfying snack. Large, cold, and the cookies are delicious.
There's really no downside to this cookie. It's the basic stuff that's the best sometimes. Just a simple cookie and vanilla ice cream mix. A great snack for a hot day. 8/10. (I'm sure I'll try this in January and have an aneurysm from the massive brain freeze, but no time to worry about that now.)
