QuickChek Rocky Road Cookie

     To start off, I didn't know rocky road was a flavor for anything other than ice cream.  So this blog was as much a reconnaissance mission as it was a cookie review.

     During a recent trip to QuickChek I bought a few items to plan ahead for the blog.  I picked this up and left it in the fridge overnight since it was hot out and didn't want it to go bad.  Well to my pleasant surprise it was still soft and chewy the next morning.  This one might be my favorite cookie from QuickChek.  It's got the typical rocky road ingredient: chocolate, marshmallow, and almonds.  It's a great combination for a cookie.

     Like I said, I'm a big fan of this cookie.  The flavors mix well and the cookie stayed soft even after a night in the fridge.  Plus it's a big cookie.  Volume is a bonus.  8/10.
