I Don't Pass Opportunities For Birthday Cake

     My buddy's Chris' birthday was a few days and he graciously invited several of us out for dinner with him.  Spoiler alert, I got drunk and ate cake.
     I ordered a chocolate ganache cake.  I'm not entirely sure what ganache is but it was between 'chocolate' and 'cake' so I wasn't too worried.  Whatever it is, it's very heavy and rich.  I don't recommend eating it with beer.
     I give the cake 8/10.  It was almost too heavy for me.  I needed to take breaks during eating it.  Maybe make the ganache airier next time and I'll give the cake a 9.
