Like all ice cream snacks, this one didn't survive very long after I took it out of the freezer. Which means I had to eat it fast so my hands don't become covered in melted ice cream. That also means I now have brain freeze which is never pleasant. (Side note I heard if you rub your tongue on the roof of your mouth it helps with brain freeze. I always try it and it kinda helps.)
So this thing tastes nothing like a Butterfingers. I'm not really complaining since the name of the snack says peanut butter, and I'm not entirely sure the center of a regular Butterfinger is your typical peanut butter. I think there's some sort of crunchifying sorcery going on there, but that's a subject for another blog.
It tastes pretty damn good. The peanut butter isn't really overpowering. The ice cream part is more the focus than the peanut butter flavor. The chocolate coating is thin, but enough to enhance the ice cream snacking experience. I give it 8/10.
PS- This is my 200th blog. I was gonna do something special for it. As you can see I did not.
