My buddy RJ gave me one of these and said these are the brownies they make into bite size for Ben and Jerry's ice creams. I could definitely imagine this brownie being cut up and mixed into some very vanilla.
There's some sort of line going through the brownie. This leads me to suspect that they took their fudge material and folded it over to make it into a brownie shape. Normally when companies tell you it's a fudge brownie they mean fudge flavored. I can only assume Greyston goes the extra mile and makes the brownie from real fudge. That's the kind of difference that gets you bonus points in a certain snack related blog.
This brownie is certainly very fudgy. It has a soft consistency was very rich. Another plus side to the fudgy brownie is less crumbling than with your standard brownie. Also it tastes pretty damn good. 8/10.
