English Invasion: Part 8, The End Of An Era: Walker's Quavers

This is it!  After 2 months the English Invasion series comes to a draw.  I saved Quavers for last since they're my buddy John's favorite one.
First off let's look at the packaging.  They're made by Walker's.  That's a suspiciously similar logo to Lay's.*  Can I hold that against them?  Legally no, but as a brash American yes I will.
There's one bit of writing on the bag that isn't very clear in the photo that says "Only 85 calories per bag!"  Well yeah, the bag is 16 grams so that's not exactly a feat.  For reference that's over twice the calories per gram in beef.  Normally I'd hold that against them but as a brash American I have no choice but to respect such a claim.
I'm pretty wary of these coming into the taste testing.  Cheesy potato crisps?  Never heard of them.
Boy was I wrong on these.  They're fantastic.  Who even thought of this?  They deserve a raise.  I mean they've been around a while so I'm assuming that team is dead by now but not the point.
They don't taste anything like potato.  I got the hints of cheesiness but the crisp itself was just light and fluffy with enough crisp to mentally satisfy you.  My only complaint is that the bag needs to be bigger.  I went through it in like 20 seconds.  8/10

*After I wrote this I did some research and found out Lay's bought Walker's in 1989.  So... I guess that settles that.
