This cookie isn't even 'fall flavored' and it's still getting worked into the fall mix. And here I am falling for their marketing ploy like a chump. It's literally just a regular cookie with frosting.
Halloween is the time of year for people to try out any half-assed marketing scheme and see if people buy it. You can literally reuse these cookies with red and green icing and they become Christmas cookies. And because it's Halloween, you have to buy seven of everything. It's the ultimate marketing scheme. And then come November every dentist is ready to turn your mouth into this:
But wait! Not with this cookie!
Look at that! No carbs! Bet you never had a snack with zero nutrients in it before. That happened both times* I took a picture of the cookie. Fantastic QC by QuickChek there. They just beat Oreo Thins at their own game.
Otherwise it's a completely average cookie. It's not too moist or dry, and the frosting is acceptable. It's totally forgettable, but not necessarily in a bad way. 5/10
*This wasn't the cookie I ate. I had to go to the store and take another picture after my phone broke and I lost it.
